Shipping Policy

Designs are printed to order. Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

UK: recorded first class, 1 to 2 business days after dispatch — usually next day. Europe: 5 to 10 business days. Rest of world: 7 to 20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary during peak periods.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the destination country may charge import duties, taxes, VAT and customs handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are NOT included in the price you pay at checkout and Peaked does not pay them on your behalf.

If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, any return shipping cost may be deducted from a refund.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Claims for non-delivery must be raised within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
