Faulty items, sizing, and what can and cannot be returned.
How returns & exchanges work
Email peakedapparel@hotmail.co.uk with your order number and whether you want a refund or a size exchange. We reply with the return address and exactly what to include — we print and ship from a private studio, so the address is shared by email rather than posted publicly.
Change of mind & size exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. You cover the postage for sending a return or exchange back to us — we recommend a tracked service, as we can only process what arrives.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — at our cost, not yours.
How refunds are issued
Once your return arrives and is checked, refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
