When you order, we collect what we need to send it and to run the Peaked Club: name, contact details, delivery address and order history. For club members we also keep your member number, the club codes we send you, and the universes you picked for drop alerts.

To process orders and payments, provide delivery, run the Peaked Club, and, with your consent, send you updates via email. Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we do not store full card details.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
