Shipping Policy

Designs are printed to order. Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 2 business days. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.

UK: £4.99 on orders up to £35, £7.99 from £35.01 to £99.99, free from £100. Skateboard decks are £7.99 per order in the UK.

Europe: £6.99 on orders up to £35, £11.99 from £35.01 to £69.99, £13.99 from £70.

United States: £10.50 on orders up to £35, £18.95 from £35.01.

Rest of the world: £10.50 on orders up to £35, £18.95 from £35.01.

There is no free delivery outside the UK. Skateboard decks go as a big parcel: £7.99 in the UK and £34.99 per order everywhere else. Rates are set in pounds; checkout shows them in your currency.

UK: Royal Mail, tracked, 1 to 2 business days after dispatch, usually next day. Europe: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Rest of world: 7 to 20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary during peak periods.

Skateboard decks go on their own in a big parcel and take a little longer: 3 to 5 working days in the UK, 5 to 8 working days everywhere else.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom (except the United States, see below), the destination country may charge import duties, taxes, VAT and customs handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are NOT included in the price you pay at checkout and Peaked does not pay them on your behalf.

United States: US duties and taxes are shown and paid at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, any return shipping cost may be deducted from a refund.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Claims for non-delivery must be raised within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
